Weekly Anecdote
- Uncle Dan and Mommy take Jessica swimming at Aunt Tracy's condo complex and Uncle Dan asks if he can dunk Jessica under the water. Mommy being an old baby swimming instructor says "Sure - just blow in her face and dunk her under"...Uncle Dan does not realize that this is her first time and blows in her face and holds her under water while he opens his eyes and looks at her. She is upset when she comes up and is a little shy of Uncle Dan for a couple of minutes after the dunking.
New things
- Jessica ate pizza and grilled cheese for the first time and has no reaction to it
- Jessica went on an eight mile hike with Daddy, Uncle Nick, Uncle Dan, and Uncle Will and has a total blast
- Jessica takes a tumble on the pavement and scratches her nose up pretty badly - it is her first walking war wound
- Jessica gets her first toothbrush and brushes her teeth at the end of each bath

- Jessica tried to take a picture through Daddy's metronome

- Jessica is in Aunt Tracy and Uncle Nick's wedding and does a great job
- Jessica meets cousin Timothy, Uncle Will, Aunt Liz and Uncle Albert for the first time in Scottsdale

Weekly Anecdote
- Daddy and Jessica took a walk in Glen Canyon and Daddy is ahead of Jessica on the path and while he waits for her, he climbs on this little rock. As she approaches, he climbs down off the rock to continue down the path and Jessica, instead of continuing on the path behind Daddy, climbs onto the rock like Daddy did
New things
- Jessica peed in her potty for the first time
- Jessica is on a hunger strike for a couple of days, refusing to eat any food
- Jessica advanced to a forward facing carseat and squeals in delight on her first ride facing forward
- Jessica sat in her rocking chair and watched her move, while downing pasta like popcorn - Mommy was thrilled she was eating again and she ate more pasta than ever before while watching the movie
- Jessica insisted on being outside to walk constantly
- Jessica ate butter for the first time and does have a reaction to it

- Lucy walked Jessica around by the hand and when Lucy drops her hand, Jessica holds her hand up to Lucy and asks for more hand holding
- Jessica wore shoes for the first time and loves them
- Jessica loved sitting in her rocking chair and watching her movie
- Jessica ate asparagus for the first time
